Wow is all I can say! The villa is huge and the pool is out of this world. Sitting in it at night watching the sun go down is a must for anyone staying here.

We have recently arrived home from our holiday staying at the villa Ionion Pelagos. We are a large family of 11 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

 

The villa is in an amazing location nestled in a small village up the mountain. The views are breathtaking, overlooking several beaches, including Lourdas beach, Trapazaki and many more little coves.

 

The villa is very well maintained, clean and spacious, containing everything you need to enjoy your holiday. We were given towels for showering and extra towels for using around the pool etc.

 

In the morning, the local farmer would walk his flock of goats down the mountain and past the villa, the children absolutely loved watching them especially with their little bells jingling all the way down. 

 

Amenities locally include a pharmacy, several little shops for groceries, a bakery, and several little restaurants. These are technically all within walking distance, but there is no way I was walking back up the hill in the heat 😂 we hired a car for nipping about. There is a local taxi company that will run you two and from the beach, for £10 euros each way. 

 

I would like to say thank you to the Samantha for everything she did for us, including setting up the villa ready for my daughter’s 17 birthday on the day we arrived. She had a beautiful birthday cake made, a bottle of Prosecco, Rose wine and decorated with banners and balloons. The fridge had also been stocked with some essentials.

 

Such a lovely lady to deal with ❤
