The villa situated over 3 floors sits in a elevated position offering guests magnificent 180° uninterrupted south facing views of the Ionian sea, the Island of Zakynthos, Mount Aenos, and the pretty dwellings of the village of Vlachata below.

The 45sqm Infinity pool merges seamlessly onto the backdrop of the Ionian Sea. The pool is complimented  with sunloungers, parasols and outside dining to fully utilise the views.

The master and 2nd double bedroom are on the first floor with a shared balcony with that all Important south facing sea view as the back drop and en-suite shower rooms complete the 1st floor.
The ground floor twin bedroom leads out to the side entrance which leads to the pool patio, and this bedroom has an adjacent shower room.

The lower ground floor which is a self contained apartment has 2 single beds and the option of an inflatable double bed so can be used as a family space with children. A private shower room, kitchen and small dining area complete the self contained apartment with 2 windows which give spectacular infinity pool into sea views.

This villa is ideal for multi-generational families, 2 families holidaying together or group of friends.




Neighbourhood

Vlachata is situated on a mountain slope above the Ionian Sea coast, at about 200 m elevation. Mount Ainos, the highest point of Cephalonia, is 4 km to the northeast. Vlachata is 1 km northwest of Lourdata, 2 km southeast of Mousata, 13 km southwest of Poros and 13 km southeast of Argostoli. The road from Argostoli to Poros runs through Vlachata, allowing island exploring to be done with ease.
Within 5 mins drive taking you into Vlachata village ther is avaikable a bakery , a large selection of restaurants Chefalonia, La Mer, Ionion View, Souvlaki house aswell as 3 mini markets and cocktail bars.
